Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 4-6 days business days however, items may be delayed due to carrier or other circumstances. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Orders are shipped according to the address on order. Kawaii Surprises does not assume liability if your package shows delivered, but is not received due to mail theft. Buyer must contact carrier to research why package is not at their residence if it shows as delivered on the tracking.

If your order is returned due to incorrect address or if the buyer is not available to receive the package, we reserve the right to cancel your order minus the shipping costs (even if you got free shipping).
